FAQS

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions from 6am to 8pm every weekday plus Saturday morning between 8am and 11am – you can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

The challenge is £147 – this includes a dedicated personal coach, goal-specific training program, weekly coaching sessions, nutrition support, supportive community, accountability, fitness education and guaranteed results.

WHERE IS YOUR GYM?

We're located near to The Bridge Pub, Sale, here's our address – Unit 1, Network House, Danefield Road, Sale, M33 7GE.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

It’s completely your choice – you can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?

Nope – everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 4 weeks.
